Every site has its own unique characteristics. Every homeowner has their own style. Our design process is built around helping you achieve the dreams and wishes you have for your landscape. We will walk you through each step of the process to make sure your input is foremost in the development of your new space.

Get To Know You

First, you will speak with one of our qualified designers to get a general idea of your project and gain some basic information. Next, we will schedule a convenient time to meet at your site. We ask that you set aside approximately 1 hour for this visit, during which you and your designer will discuss your project in detail from desired goals, to timeline, to level of investment. Feel free to share any photos or inspiring ideas that you may have collected from past vacation destinations, or your favorite gardening publications, as this will help us to get to know you better and more clearly understand your tastes and interests.

Site Study and Design

Once we have defined the scope of work and a comfortable investment level, we will conduct our site study which includes gathering the necessary field measurements, digital photos, and any other information needed to begin the design.

A design concept will be generated using landscape design software and may include a 3D view of your project, which will help you to fully visualize the potential your space has. We will review these plans with you as often as needed, refining them with your input at every step, to ensure your space becomes exactly what you have been dreaming it could be. At the same time, a cost proposal will be generated and modified as needed to help you understand the costs involved with the implementation of your plans.

Implementation

When you decide you are ready to make your plans a reality, we will present you with a contract that will outline the final costs, guarantees, and payment terms involved in the installation of your new landscape. Upon your acceptance, your project will be turned over to our experienced production managers who will facilitate the timely completion of your installation. Our designers and production managers work together closely to ensure that the finished product matches your expectations.

Follow Up

Upon completion of your project, your designer will conduct a final walk-through with you to confirm that everything has been completed to your satisfaction. We will share helpful tips and instructions on how to care for your newly installed landscape.

After that, there is simply one last step….sit back and enjoy your new landscape!
