We provide a number of landscape design and imaging options for our clients. Plantique has a staff of designers and landscape architects, that bring years of experience to the design process.

Landscape Design. Whether you are starting with a blank canvas, or you have an existing landscape, that needs a new look, Plantique’s staff of designers, can provide a unique look, that reflects your needs and lifestyle. With many years of education and strong background in horticulture, each member of the team will offer design that reflects your home and lifestyle.

We will do an on site exploratory meeting of approximately ½ hr. at no charge.  At this meeting we will show photographs of our work, review the scope of your project, show how we can serve your landscape needs & give you an approx. cost range for the landscape project.

Computer Aided Landscape Design and 3D Walk Through. Plantique is excited to offer numerous graphic options, using the latest technology in computer design programs that can provide a 3D  experience, of your project. This takes you from existing view, to a realistic walk through the completed landscape.

Design-Build Option. Should you wish to have us continue the Design-Build process,  we will do a practical on site survey of existing conditions, a landscape concept and a cost quotation for the work. This process can be started as a continuation of the initial meeting or at a later date.  The next meeting is normally at Plantique Inc., where we can review all job materials, options & cost quotations.  Under the Design-Build contract, the landscape plans remain the property of Plantique Inc. until a contract is signed & the balance of a 10% project deposit is received.  At this time, landscape plans will be approved, materials can be  tagged & the project can be scheduled for construction.

Professional Landscape Architectural Design & Consulting . We provide professional landscape consulting, design & site planning for residential & other small commercial projects.  The services include:  practical site studies, digital photography, rendered site plans, conceptual plans, imaging, 3D walk through and final site plans in print form. A detailed cost study is available, for long range planning purposes.  All design is supervised & reviewed by a landscape architect, registered in Pennsylvania. The cost of design services will be quoted as a flat fee and is payable in progress payments, upon completion of each phase of the design process.
